UTP-Technology Development and Innovation Center

Port a Traffic Light Controller to the ZYNQ Microzed platform. The solution has been developed by our team using an Microblaze controller running uClinux in a Spartan 3E chip.
Develop a Pedestrian priority system for a Traffic Light Controller. The solution was developed mainly in VHDL.
Debugging and fixing software issues.
Develop a Bus Rapid Transit Priority system following the NTCIP (National Transportation Communications for ITS Protocol).
Tools Used : C, ISE, EDK, virtex 5 ml501, Petalinux, Microblaze.

The Young Researchers Scholarship is founded by COLCIENCIAS (Colombian Administrative Department of Science,Technology and Innovation). The goal of this project was to develop an autonomous aerial vehicle UAV using a model helicopter. I was responsible of the development of the Embedded System that controlled the autonomous fly in real time, using an FPGA soft processor running an embedded Linux
